Privacy policy

Section 1 – Object

The privacy policy is intended to govern the methods for making the SITE available to the EDITOR and to define their conditions of access and use by the USER.

Informations entered by the USER in the Contact form page is not stored on the server. The PUBLISHER will keep the mail provided only in his email software to be able to answer the contact request of the USER.

Section 5 – Responsability

The PUBLISHER makes every effort to ensure quality access to the SITE, but does not guarantee the absence of interruption or suspension of access to these services, modification of these services or even stoppage without notice, for maintenance or for any other reason.
The EDITOR declines any responsibility and the USER will not be able to claim any compensation in case of :

  • interruption, suspension, modification or cesssation of the SITE;
  • imprecision, inaccuracy, lack of updating, error or omission concerning information of the SITE, occurrence of bugs ;
  • damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party on the SITE;
  • more generally, direct or indirect damage, regardless of the causes, origins, nature or consequences, including the loss of profits, customers, data or any other lost of intangible property that may occur as a result of access by anyone to the SITE or the impossibility to access or credit given to any information directly or indirectly from the SITE.

The USER assumes all responsibility for the use of the information and contents of this SITE.
If the USER identifies an inaccuracy or error on the SITE, he / she may contact the EDITOR via email via the Contact form.
Any use of the SITE by the USER directly or indirectly resulting in damage to the EDITOR shall be subject to compensation for the benefit of the EDITOR.

The PUBLISHER may make available to the USER on the SITE hypertext links to other websites for information purposes.
The EDITOR can not be held responsible for the services or information provided on these sites such as advertisements, products, services or any other material available on or from these sites or external sources.
The USER is therefore forbidden to engage the responsibility of the EDITOR in the event of proven or alleged damage or loss resulting from or in connection with the use or the fact of having trusted the content, goods or services available on these sites or external sources.

Section 7 – Cookies

Cookies are files that are installed on your computer during the consultation of the SITE. The SITE uses this system only to realize statistics of consultation and to improve the operation: referencing, compatibility, performance, … The cookies of this SITE do not memorize personal data concerning the USER (anonymous data not associated with the IP, the identity or e-mail address). Section 9 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

French law applies to the Privacy Policy. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, only the courts of the registered office of the EDITOR are competent.
