Terms & Conditions

Section 1 – Reception

These Terms and conditions are made for the guests of Le Domaine du Meunier in Mortagne sur Gironde. The owners will make sure to give you a warm welcome, it is their aim to tell you all about the area and offer you a memorable stay.

Section 2 – Length of stay

The customer is welcome from 4:00 pm. The client must present himself on the specified day before 7:00 pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner. The guest is requested to leave the day of departure before 11:00 am.

Section 3 – Conclusion of the contract

A deposit (25% of the total rent) is payable at the signing of the contract. The balance of the rent is payable after the stay. Prices are per room per night and include bedlinen and cleaning. Tourist tax is not included (from 0,80 to 1,20 € per adult per night). The balance and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be paid at the end of stay to the owner.

Section 4 – Cancel

Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email to the owner.
a) In the unlikely event of the booking being cancelled or curtailed the client needs inform the owner in writing or by e-mail. If the date of cancellation is less then 10 days before the start of the rental period, the client can be asked to pay the total rental costs.
b) If the client decides to leave earlier than planned, he needs to pay the whole amount of the original booking.
c) If the owner needs to cancel the rental for a specific reason, the client will be informed in writing or by email and will be refunded all the money paid.

Section 5 – Responsability

By placing the booking you are accepting full responsibility. The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and use them according to their destination. He is committed to making the rooms in good condition. The natural pools are open from 11h to 19h. By signing the booking contract, the customer declares to release the owner from any responsibility for safety, undertakes to use the premises in a responsible manner and to respect the advice of use of natural pools and to exercise greater vigilance in terms of surveillance of all persons under his responsibility and more particularly of his children.

Section 6 – Pets

Pets are welcome under certain conditions : they are not allowed on beds, sofa and chairs, so bring your own basket and never leave the pets alone in the room.

Section 7 – Smoking

For the comfort of our guests, Le Domaine du Meunier is a strictly non smoking accommodation establishment.

Section 8 – Gift Card

The Gift Card is customizable according to the duration of the desired stay.
The Gift Card has a validity period of 18 months from the date of dispatch. If the beneficiary has not had the opportunity to use it, it can extend the validity period by 6 months.
The Gift Card will be sent after the payment.
The Gift Card can not be exchanged or claimed, and can not be attributed to any monetary consideration.
